For your first class, bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable, breathable clothing. We provide mats for beginners if needed. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled and meet your instructor.
No prior experience is necessary! We offer classes for all levels, including complete beginners. Our instructors will guide you through modifications and ensure you practice safely at your own pace.
We offer Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal, and Senior yoga classes. Each class is designed for specific needs and experience levels. Check our schedule for current offerings and descriptions.
Private sessions can be booked by calling our studio at (623) 977-8889 or by emailing info@perfectession.com. We'll match you with an instructor based on your goals and schedule availability.
We require 24-hour notice for class cancellations. For workshops and special events, please check the specific event details as cancellation policies may vary. Private sessions require 48-hour notice.
