By accessing and using the Perfect Ession website, mobile application, or any services provided by Perfect Ession (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
Note: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Perfect Ession. By creating an account, booking a class, or using our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of our Services without notice or liability.
All class bookings must be made through our official booking system. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your spot.
All payments must be made in advance through our secure payment system. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. All prices are quoted in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Yoga involves physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the activity.
You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent your safe participation in yoga classes. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding your participation in any yoga program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Perfect Ession, its instructors, employees, agents, and owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you while participating in yoga activities.

If you cancel less than 12 hours before a class or do not show up, you will forfeit the class credit. For memberships with unlimited classes, a late cancellation or no-show fee of $15 may apply.
We offer various membership options including monthly unlimited, class packages, and annual memberships. Each membership type has specific terms and conditions that will be provided at the time of purchase.
Monthly memberships automatically renew on the same date each month. You may cancel auto-renewal by providing written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date. Annual memberships renew automatically unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Members may freeze their membership for medical reasons with a doctor's note for up to 3 months per year. Non-medical freezes are available for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 1 month, with a $15 freeze fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for behavior that is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be provided for unused services.
All content included on our website, mobile app, and in our classes, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Perfect Ession or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal use of our Services. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of our Services or their contents.
Important: Recording of classes (audio or video) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Perfect Ession management.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time, and any changes will be posted on our website.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
